The Ask
Held over Merdeka weekend at Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club, Kuala Lumpur, KL Tigers Fest was designed to be more than a sporting tournament. The event brought together a large-scale festival experience with multiple attendee touchpoints across the grounds, from tournament programming to live entertainment, F&B vendors, family-friendly zones, community activities, and a pop-up marketplace.
With ticketing, entry management, vendor sales, and onsite purchases happening across different areas of the festival, the organisers needed an infrastructure that could support high transaction loads during peak periods while keeping the attendee experience smooth and efficient.
Beyond access control, the goal was to create a faster cashless onsite experience for guests while giving organisers and vendors clearer visibility over sales performance, payment tracking, and operational flow in real time.
